Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

Anonymint Orders can be refunded up until an order has been completed. Orders are completed upon being shipped and receiving a tracking number.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a number of days for the credit to appear on your account.

Anonymint may refund or cancel orders on our own in response to volatile market changes, lack of stock, or any other reasons.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, send us an email at matt@anonymintpm.com .

Shipping

Orders will be shipped as fast as possible when stock is available. We are a small company so please allow for potential delays in shipment.

Domestic orders will be shipped with UPS or USPS depending on which is more secure and economical.

International orders will be shipped with USPS with their First Class or Priority Service. Prices do not include VAT or other import/customs duties. Orders rejected due to lack of payment of customs fees can be reshipped at the customers expense.

Customers will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment and completion of the order.
