Designed, funded, and created by a coalition of internet denizens, the 2021 Aputannia is the round that started Anonymint. Based on the Britannia, this round symbolizes the power that can come from our unity and the patriarch of all Memetic Memories to come.

With anon-sourced artwork, anon-sourced feedback, and anon-sourced funding the 2021 Aputannia was born. Only 820 ever to be made, the round features Serial #’s from the mundane to the magical. Funded by an April 2021 Indiegogo project, this round was only available to order for a slim period of time. After some delay the round was finally shipped out, the seed of Anonymint was planted, and the rest is history.
Obverse of the round depicts our favorite fren Apu imitating the pose and garb of the popular Britannia coin from the Royal Mint. Standing shoreside atop the rocks, holding the Union Jack Shield in his left hand with Trident in the opposite. Text reads “Aputannia 2021 1 oz .999 Fine Silver”. Manufacturing quirks can be noticed on the ‘r’ of ‘Silver’
Reverse features a four leaf clover, and dedication to the gathering place of the anon’s who made this all possible. The round was designed to imitate the Asahi style generic rounds with the frosted texture appearing over the majority of the design. Also featured are the serial numbers for each round, ranging from 001 – 819.
Every round is shipped in a plastic capsule to keep your Apu as fresh as the day he was born. The round has seen magnificent success on the secondary market with a strong demand for available rounds. Although an Anonymint Silver Round comes with zero guarantee that it will increase or hold it’s value, the strong support we have received from anon’s is an indication that our future together will be a strong one.
